Shipping Information

All orders shipped within Canada are shipped via Purolator or Canada Post.  You will be provided with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date once your order ships. 

Orders shipped to the United States are usually shipped via Canada Post – Ground service.  However, a package may be shipped via Purolator, UPS or USPS.  Proof of shipment will always be provided, but we can not be held responsible for lost or damaged items during transit, unless you upgraded to an Expedited shipping service.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments:
If a shipment is returned to us because the address you provided in your order is incorrect or undeliverable, you will be responsible for the full cost of reshipping the order to a corrected address.  This includes the return item fee we incur for returned shipments.

Customs Fees:

There are no customs fees for products shipped within Canada.  Merchandise exported out of the country to another country must clear customs and the recipient of the merchandise may have to pay duties on the item(s). We have no control over these charges. Some items below a certain value may not be charged any duties.
